Refund policy

No Returns & No Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, Great Gift does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any orders delivered within Lebanon.

All sales are final once an order has been placed and delivered.

Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect selection by the customer

  • Size, color, or preference issues

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Please make sure to carefully review product descriptions and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect due to our error

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at greatgift.lb@gmail.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement. Refunds will not be issued.

Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be returned to the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.

Geographic Limitation

This policy applies only to orders shipped within Lebanon.
